Terms of Service

1. Purpose and access

101Dash supports internal operations, closing reports, department records, training and approvals. The staff workspace at 101dash.com is available to people authorised by the company. Access is granted for assigned business responsibilities and may be changed or removed when those responsibilities change.

Use your own authorised account and protect your sign-in credentials. An invitation, a department permission and authority to approve a transaction are distinct. Only take actions that your role permits.

2. Responsible use

Enter records honestly, review information before submission and correct mistakes through the appropriate business process. Upload only material you are authorised to use and share. Keep personnel, commercial and other confidential information within its permitted audience.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, use another person’s account, interfere with the service, introduce malicious content, or use information obtained through the workspace for an unauthorised purpose.

3. Records, approvals and AI assistance

A saved report or suggested analysis does not replace the company’s review and approval processes. Users and reviewers remain responsible for checking figures, uploaded evidence and decisions within their duties.

AI features may extract or summarise information incorrectly. Review their output against the source material before using it in a report, approval or business decision. Follow any separate company procedures for financial, personnel and compliance matters.

4. Optional Gmail connection

An authorised administrator can connect the designated Google sending account to support closing-report delivery. Google displays the requested permissions and requires account authorisation. Connecting the account does not itself send email or enable closing notifications.

When delivery is enabled, email content and attachments are sent to the configured company recipients. The administrator is responsible for confirming the sending account, recipients and permission to share that information. Google access can be revoked through the account’s connection settings. 5. Service availability and support

Features may be updated, interrupted or temporarily unavailable, including because of an external provider. Report access problems, suspected misuse, incorrect records or failed deliveries to admin@101dash.com. For time-sensitive operations, follow the company’s alternative reporting instructions if the service is unavailable.

6. Company policies and changes

These terms explain use of the application. They do not replace employment agreements, existing company procedures or rights and obligations under applicable law. Marinos Tsiorvas Ltd may update the terms as the service changes; the current version and effective date will appear on this page.
